| 内容記述 | This paper aimed at analyzing the situation of inbound tourism in Japan by the data published in 1930s. The tourism statistics such as the number of tourists in each of the international ports were indicated and published until the war began. Therefore, this data is considered useful data to grab the situations of international tourism at that time. At first, a comparison of the tourist number among the international ports was carried out and found out that nationality was slightly different among the ports because of the routes. For example, many of American was arrived at Yokohama while Britain arrived to Nagasaki. Next, this paper analyzed the data of summer resort. Although several resorts were located, Nagasaki, Kanagawa and Nagano were well-known sites, and the tendency of the nationality was different among the three prefectures because of the location. | |||||||||
