| 内容記述 | This paper reports on the current state of the phonetic and accent phenomena of the Nano dialects based on a survey conducted with elderly speakers in Sendai city. Research on the phonetic and accent phenomena of this dialect has been conducted continuously over several generations, based on the research of Ohashi (2002), shedding light on its dynamics. In this paper, we describe the current state of this dialect, more than a decade after the most recent survey, focusing on the data of elderly speakers. In addition, the results are compared with those of the Hokuo dialects survey, which has been conducted in parallel, and some points are mentioned regarding the differences in the direction and progress of change in the two dialects. In the analysis, the phonetic phenomena are extracted by comparing the results of acoustic analysis by praat with the actual speech, while the accent phenomena are based on the author's own auditory judgment. The above analysis has revealed that each phenomenon is showing a marked tendency towards decline, but that there are also aspects in which traditional dialectal characteristics, such as accentual phenomena and the voicing of consonants, are persistently retained. | |||||||||
