| 内容記述 | 筆者は，障害者の地域生活を支援するために，インフオーマルなネットワークを立ち上げた。それは，知的障害特別支援学校の教師，障害者施設の職員，障害者本人やその家族など，支援に関わる多様な会員で構成されている。本稿は，このネットワークの特徴や活動について言及した。特徴については，わかち合い・自発性・対等性・協働・開放性・柔軟性ということが指摘された。さらにネットワークの意義にも言及したが，そこでは，地域生活における会員相互の双方的な支援がもたらされるということが，強調された。ネットワークの今後の方向性も示されたが，そこでは，ネットワークの活動の場所に障害者が安心して確実にたどり着けるよう，十分配慮された支援が欠かせないことが強調された。また，ネットワークに参加する通常学校や特別支援学校の教師の人数を増やすことは，特別支援教育の充実及び発展にも寄与しうることを指摘した。 | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | I established an informal network of social support for community life of people with disabilities. It is composed of various members, such as teachers of schools for children with disabilities, staffs of institutions for people with disabilities, people with disabilities and their families. This paper mentioned of the features and activities of the network. As the features, I pointed out the sharing, volunteerism, equality, cooperation, openness, and flexibility. Furthermore the significance of the network was mentioned. The possibility to enlarge two way support among members in community life was stressed. Future directions of the network were suggested. Thoughtful support for people with disabilities to access to the place for meeting was stressed. It was pointed that increasing the number of teachers of ordinary schools and schools for children with disabilities who participated in activities of the network was valuable for the enrichment and development of special support education. | |||||||||
