本稿は，秋田大学教育文化学部附属中学校における，道徳の時間の計画・実施に関する合理化の取り組みの事例を検討する．附中では，道徳部の教員を中心としながら，校内での道徳の授業実践を通じて得られた諸資料を，校内ＬＡＮを活用することで蓄積し共有しようと取り組んでいる．そしてこの取り組みにより，学校全体でより道徳の時間の授業改善を図ろうとすることが，結果的には授業に関わる各教員の負担の軽減にもつながろうとしている．附中のこのような特徴ある取り組みからは，現在の学校において道徳の時間を構築するための技術論的・方法論的な合理化の一方策が見出されるはずである． |

This paper examines cases of efforts made on the rationalization of the Class Moral Education planning and implementation at the Junior High School Attached to Akita University Faculty of Education and Human Studies. The Junior high school works on accumulation and the sharing of various materials gained through The Class Moral Education practice in school by making good use of schoolwide LAN with teachers of the Moral Department playing central roles. And, the enhancement of a further improvement in the classes Moral Education as a whole school by these efforts is, as a result, also going to lead to the reduction in the load of each teacher’s involvement in class. A policy for technical/methodological rationalization for constructing the Class Moral Education in the current schools is to be discovered from these characteristic efforts made by the Junior high school. |
