近年,統合失調症の社会生活機能と認知機能との関連が報告されている.そのため統合失調症者のリハビリテーションにおいては認知リハビリテーションが取り入れられ,その効果が示されてきている.認知機能の評価法はいくつかあるが,認知そのものの概念は広範囲にわたるため,認知のどの機能がどの社会機能とより深く関わっているかといった検討が進められている.本研究では認知能力障害理論に基づいた評価法 ACLS-5を用いて社会生活技能評価尺度との関連を検討した.その結果, ACLS-5で評価された認知レベルと社会生活技能評価尺度に有意な相関が示され,認知レベルは,社会生活技能の特に身の回りを整えること,日常生活の習慣を築くこと,コミュニケーション技能の側面と関連していると考えられた.
Recently there have been many reports on the relationship between cognitive function and social function in people with schizophrenia. Therefore we studied the effectiveness of cognitive training in schizophrenia rehabilitation. There are many methods for assessing cognitive function in schizophrenia, but the concept of cognition itself has a broad scope. but it is not clear how a cognitive function is involved with a social function. Studies are continuing into which cognitive function relates to which social function. The purpose of this study was to clarify relationship between cognitive level as evaluated by Allen Cognitive Level Screen-5(ACLS-5) and Social Skill Assessment Scale of schizophrenic patients. A positive relationship between these results was demonstrated. Cognitive level was closely related to social function in people with schizophrenia. |
