| 内容記述 | In Japan there are many advisory committees both in the central government and in the local government, and the part played by them in the public administration process is very important. But, at the same time, many political and legal problems are raised by them. Only two of those are dealt with in this paper. One is the classification of advisory committees, and the other is the basis of foundation of such an administrative organ. |
