| 内容記述 | 研究の目的：本研究の目的は, 養護学校における医療職種の導入状況と, その効果として, 摂食指導に対する教師 らの意識の違いについて明らかにすることである. 対象と方法：東北地方の養護学校44校, 1634名の教師に対してアンケート調査を行った. 結果：42校984名の教員から有効なデータを得た. その結果, １) ６割近くの学校で医療職種が配置・勤務されて いた. ２) 約半数の教師が摂食指導に不安を感じていた. ３) 医療職種が配置・勤務している学校の教師らは, 摂食 指導に関する研修・学習の必要性を感じ, 医療との連携の必要性を感じていた. 結論：摂食指導において, 医療職種の導入が必ずしも教師の不安を解消するものではないことが示唆された. The purpose of this study is to investigate the current situation of the introduction of medical professionals in special support schools, and to determine the effect on teachers awareness of training for ingestion. Object and method : A questionnaire survey was conducted in 44 handicapped children s schools on 1634 teachers. Results : Responses were collected from 42 schools and 984 teachers. 1) Medical professionals had been introduced at 60％ of schools. 2) Almost half of Teachers had concerns about training for ingestion. 3) Teachers at schools where medical professionals had been assigned felt a need for study of training for ingestion, and for coordination with medical care. Conclusion : Introduction of medical professionals does not necessarily reduce teachers concerns about training for ingestion. |
