| 内容記述 | To evaluate the acquirement of knowledge through nursing practice during the perioperative period, students were examined before and after the practice using a test of our own making. Thirty six students were divided into seven groups, and the result of the examination after practice was significantly better than that before practice in all seven groups. As to the details of the content of the test, the rate of correct answers increased after practice in four areas: [preoperative respiratory condition], [nursing on the operative day], [intraoperative nursing] and [teaching materials]. On the contrary, it did not increase after practice in three areas: [help with sputum excretion], [observation of the wound] and [help with postoperative eating]. Furthermore, there is a positive correlation between the number of conferences held during nursing practice and the rate of correct answers (r=0.576, p<0.05) . The rate of correct answers in [teaching materials], however, increased significantly after practice in spite of only one conference being held during practice. Therefore, the rate of correct answers is not influenced by the number of conferences alone. |
