| 内容記述 | The purpose of this investigation is to analyse the implementation of infant diaper exchange technique in child nursing practice, highlighting in particular the effect of the trial use of a model stool. We intended for 1999 entrance to school straight 81 that did not use model of stool and 2000 entrance to school straight 77 that used model of stool in practice of diaper exchange of a baby. We analyzed contents of a free description from the inside of an impressionistic essay after the practice end. As a result, it became clear that through the use of a model stool, students experienced the difficulty of the wiping method. In addition, it became clear that there is no effect regarding prevention of infection or remedial measures through the use of a model stool. The importance of making a concrete checklist in relation to the infant diaper exchange technique, and continuous awareness of points to bear in mind during the exchange were indicated. 144 |
