| 内容記述 | The second buyer can get the full ownership of an immovable property if he anticipates the first buyer in getting it registered. Both judicial precedents and the common opinion are confident of seller's breach of faith agaist the first buyer who has already payed the price for the property guilty of embezzlement. I insist that if civil law gives the second buyer legal sanction, criminal law should also not regard the double transaction as any crime. |
