| 内容記述 | 平成32年度から小学校でのプログラミング教育が必修化される．一部の市町村においては先行実施しているが，全国的に見れば取組みが進んでおらず，秋田県でも同様である．本論文では秋田県での小学校教員のプログラミング教育に対する意識を調査した結果から次のことを明らかにした． ・教員のほとんどはプログラミングについての知識や技能を持っておらず，プログラムに興味はあるが，研修等にも参加することは少ない． ・プログラミング教育を先行実施している教員は僅かである． ・今後プログラミング教育を実践するために障害となる因要は教員のプログラミングに関するスキル不足，ICT機器利用のサポートをする支援員がいない，授業研究をする時間の不足と考える． ・プログラミング教育の中で子どもたちに身につけさせたい能力の主なものは論理的思考，問題解決力，プログラミングの技能である． これらのことから，今後プログラミング教育を進めるにあたって，プログラミング教育のねらいの徹底と教員が近くで短時間で受けられるプログラミングの研修，そして，多くの実践例の提供が必要と考えられる．また，全国トップレベルの学力を維持してきたノウハウとのプログラミング教育の融合は秋田県の小学校教員のこれからの課題であると思われる． Programming education is going to be made at elementary schools in 2023. Some local governments are carrying out advanced implementation of it, but almost of local governments do not, and Akita prefecture is on a level. In this paper, we clarify the following things from the results of survey of elementary school teachers about their view on programming education: ・For the most part of teachers have not knowledge and skills of programming and also they are interested in it, they make no effort to attend instruction courses. ・Only a few teachers are carrying out advanced implementation of programming education. ・Factors that disturb lesson practices of programming education are as follow, the lack of skills of programming, no supporters help teachers operate ICT devices, no enough time for preparing lessons. ・Abilities to that teachers want students to get are logical thinking, imagination and skill of programming. For these reasons, publicizing aim of programming education to teachers, providing instruction co urses that teachers can get near by and in a short time and providing many examples of actual practice of programming education are needed for driving programming education. It will be a big challenge for elementary school teachers in Akita prefecture to blende the knowhow of sustention of the top level of scholastic performance in the nation and programming education. |
