In the NHS, working\nshifts are flexible and there is significant childcare support. There is in-house training and support for employees studying towards degrees while at work. Besides recognition of occupational hazards, staffs are also available to consult on other health matters and exercise facilities are provided. For mental health, there are contacts available for counseling and career development. Efforts are also made to eradicate discrimination in the workplace. Financially, interest-free loans are available for commuter season tickets,\nas well as governmental home loans.
