 note = {近年,精神障害領域においては患者の処遇を含めた人権への配慮の重要性だけでなく,quality of life(生活の質,QOL)の評価も重視されるようになってきた.今回,QOLをクライエント自身の回答に基づいた主観的なものと定義し,精神障害者のQOL尺度として生活満足度スケール(LSS)を用いて,作業療法の評価の一つである作業に関する自己評価改訂版(OSAII)と生活満足度の関連を検討した.その結果,OSAII作業的有能性尺度とLSSの合計点に相関がみられ,また,OSAIIの5項目がLSSに影響を与える要因として抽出された., In late years Quality of life (QOL) is regarded as important in a mental disorder domain. In this study, I decided QOL subjectivity to be based on an answer of a client. The QOL scale that I used was a life satisfaction degree scale (LSS). I examined Occupational Self Assessment version2 and connection with a QOL scale. As a result, correlation was considered at a point of OSA II in total and a point of LSS in total, and five items of OSA II were extracted as a factor to affect LSS.},
