Twelve full-time teachers working at public elementary schools, excluding managers, provided 1-on-1 meeting-style mentoring for four months. Before and after that, we conducted a questionnaire survey on dialogue in the workplace. In addition, after each mentoring, a reflection sheet was filled out, monthly interviews were held with mentors and mentees representatives, and interviews were conducted with managers after mentoring. These results were analyzed and classified into outcomes and challenges for mentors, mentees, and managers. The mentoring method revealed in this study gives effective perspectives to managers and teachers who provide mentoring in schools.}, pages = {25--34}, title = {学校現場における効果的なメンタリング手法の開発 − 1on1 Meeting型対話の有効性の検証 −}, volume = {78}, year = {2023} }
