In the seminar I spoke on the process from curriculum planning to educational assessment, and later worked on a sample of the curriculum based on this process together with the teaching staff. From my observations I leaned about the situation in Kenya, where nursing graduates need to have the potential to adapt and to work hard. More than 90% of nurses in Kenya are graduates of KMTC.
