作業療法理論モデルの中の人間作業モデルに準拠した評価である作業に関する自己評価(Occupational Self Assessment, OSA)を用いて,クライアントと担当作業療法士(OTR)それぞれが問題点と目標をどのように認識しているかを調査し,両者の視点の差異を検討した.対象は,入院中の統合失調症患者44名である.その結果,患者とOTRの多くが対人交流技能に関する改善を問題点および目標にとして共有していることが明らかになった.また,ほとんどの項目で担当OTRの方が厳しく評価しており,このことは患者自らの内的評価と外部観察者であるOTRの外的評価との差異で,精神科領域における特徴の一つと考えられた.問題点や目標,改善点をどのように伝えていくかが協業的作業療法を進めていく上での課題になることが示唆された. |

Using Occupational Self Assessment, an evaluation tool based on Model of Human Occupation, this study investigated how hospitalised schizophrenic patients and occupational therapists in charge recognized problems and goals that they wanted to improve or change. The subjects were 44 hospitalised schizophrenic patients. The results indicated that in Occupational Self Assessment, patients and occupational therapists highlighted some of the same items relating to communication and interaction skills. However, occupational therapists evaluated most items more strictly. This is a difference between the patients' own internal assessment and the therapists' external assessment, which is a characteristic of the field of mental illness. It was suggested that how the therapists informed patients of this point was an issue in the future to promote collaboration in occupational therapy in mental disorder. |
