Fourteen healthy elderly women (70-81 years) participated in this study. We measured physical characteristics (height, weight, length of lower extremity, length of upper extremity) and physical performances (time of standing on one-foot, grip strength, 10m maximum walking speed, knee extension muscle strength). The association between FRT and age, physical characteristics and physical performances were tested using peason's correlation coefficient. Age, physical characteristics and physical performances did not correlate significantly with FRT.
