 note = {This study aimed to investigate effectiveness of feedback methods for field training to promote students’ career development in the special needs high school, and to reveal the common practices. Group interviews were conducted with five career guidance teachers working at special needs schools. The interview data were qualitatively analyzed using the KJ method and classified into two major categories: “learning process,” comprising four subcategories, and “teachers’ action,” comprising two subcategories. The feedback method identified through this research imparts an effective perspective for teachers involved in providing vocational education to students in special needs education.},
