| 内容記述 | 本研究は,非教員養成系大学の教職志望学生に対して実施した教育実習に関する質問紙調査から,教育実習の実態を明らかにすることを目的としている.調査項目は,(1)教育実習の概要,(2)教育実習前の活動状況,(3)教育実習における活動状況,(4)実習中のコミュニケーション,(5)大学のフォローアップヘの意識である.その結果,実習生による授業観察や実習数の差や,実習初日から授業実習を行う場合があること,事前指導が学生の心理的不安の解消に寄与している一方,教育実習中にはそれほど有効とはいえないことがわかった.さらに,大学側の支援体制に関する今後の改善の方向性などについて知見を得た. | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | The present paper reports on the results of survey research that was conducted to gather information that would help improve teaching practice courses at a university. To examine participants' views toward a variety of topics relating to teaching practice, a questionnaire was sent to a total of 91 teacher trainee students, who were taking a teacher training course offered at a university. The questionnaire items were specifically designed to examine, 1) the type of teaching practice they were engaged in, 2) the content and method of instructions they had received prior to teaching practice, 3) the content of teaching practice they did, 4) their method of giving feedback to the university, and 5) their opinions about post-teaching practice sessions.
