The great variation in the degree of impairment among visually impaired individuals poses a challenge to many teachers. To solve this problem, two sets of software (HTML or Hyper Text Markup Language and CSS or Cascading Style Sheets) were developed. The results of using the software on an experimental basis indicated that 1) students were able to adjust the color and size of letters according to the degree of their eye-sight, 2) they were able to identify the letters according to their levels of complexity and types of compounds, 3) they were able to practice until they had finally memorized the letters, and 4) they were actively involved in the practice using the software.
