An interview-type survey was conducted to verify the results and issues related to these efforts, including an evaluation against a reasonable accommodation checklist prepared by the author.   As a next step, improvements in the school support system and efforts to build awareness by teachers and students were pursued. The need for education to further understanding about people with disabilities, training on reasonable accommodation and more specific details regarding individual educational support plans were raised as issues to be discussed.
