In order to promote this, it is necessary to spread it to the whole prefecture in cooperation with municipalities and schools. The Lifelong Learning Center, which is the core of lifelong learning and social education in Akita Prefecture, is also required to rebuild the functions of facilities to collaborate with municipalities and schools. Two models were proposed as a method for collaboration.
