{"created":"2023-07-25T10:24:59.228714+00:00","id":5089,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"c755ff34-7331-4620-84a3-3dd157ec614f"},"_deposit":{"created_by":19,"id":"5089","owners":[19],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"5089"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:air.repo.nii.ac.jp:00005089","sets":["611:612:874:1427"]},"author_link":["14429","14427","14426","14428"],"item_10002_alternative_title_34":{"attribute_name":"別タイトル","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_alternative_title":"Development of the Organizational Mental Health Support Scale for Nurses working in hospital"}]},"item_10002_biblio_info_36":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2020-10-31","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicIssueNumber":"2","bibliographicPageEnd":"19","bibliographicPageStart":"9","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"28","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"秋田大学大学院医学系研究科保健学専攻紀要"}]}]},"item_10002_description_29":{"attribute_name":"内容記述(抄録)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"病院に勤務する「看護師の組織的メンタルへルス支援尺度(Organizational Mental Health Support Scale for Nurse:以下OMSSN)」を開発し,その信頼性と妥当性の検証を目的とした.文献から看護師のメンタルヘルスに対する組織的支援の記述内容を抽出した.意味内容の吟味,項目の適切性,表現妥当性を検討しOMSSN 原案22項目を作成した.その後,尺度の信頼性,妥当性を検討するため全国の一般病院で看護師のメンタルヘルス支援を担当している看護職各1名を対象にOMSSN 原案と組織属性等の調査を行った.分析対象は140名であった.項目分析,探索的因子分析と確認的因子分析を行った結果,15項目3因子『院内連携の活用』『組織の支援体制』『看護師長の直接的関わり』が抽出され,クロンバックα係数はそれぞれ0.90,0.78,0.68で尺度全体では0.89であった.確認的因子分析のモデル適合度はGFI =0.83,AGFI =0.81であった.組織属性では病院機能評価の受審,安全衛生委員会設置の設置,メンタルヘルス指針がある病院では,これらがない病院に比べてOMSSN の平均得点が高かった.本尺度は,確認的モデル適合度はやや低い結果であったが,尺度の信頼性,構成概念の一定の妥当性が確認できたことから,看護師の組織的メンタルへルス支援の実施状況の測定に役立てられると考える.\nThe purpose of this study was to develop the Organizational Mental Health Support Scale for Nurses (OMSSN) and test the scale’s reliability and validity. We extracted description contents of the organized support for the mental health of the nurse from documents. We examined the examination of meaning contents, the adequacy of the item, expression validity and made OMSSN original bill 22 items. We investigated OMSSN original bill and the organization attribute targeting at for each one nursing nurse's post in charge of mental health support afterwards in the public Hospital of the whole country to examine reliability, the validity of the standard. For each of the 140 subjects in the survey, an item, exploratory factor, and confirmatory factor analysis was performed. As a result, 15 items and three factors, Use of In-Hospital Collaboration, Organization Support System, and Direct Relationship of Nurses, were extracted. The Cronbach's alpha coefficients were 0.90, 0.78, and 0.68, respectively 0.89 for the entire scale. The model fit of the confirmatory factor analysis was GFI = 0.83 and AGFI = 0.81. In terms of organizational attributes, hospitals with mental health guidelines that were subject to hospital function evaluations and established health and safety committees showed higher average OMSSN scores than hospitals without these attributes. Although the OMSSN showed a slightly low result in terms of confirming a model fit, our study did confirm that the scale was reliable and the constructs valid.
