For this reason, practical researches on the creation of educational models that help to understand the phases of the moon have been made vigorously, but there are not many educational programs those are based on the observations in the night sky. On the other hand, it is a well-known that the phases of the moon are greatly different if we observe the moon at two points with very different latitudes. Based on this fact, we develop the \"Moon observation camera\" as a new educational device that helps to study the phases of the moon. We then install the “Moon observation cameras” in the northern and southern hemispheres, and observe the phases of the moon at the same time.
