First, we analyzed the companies in Akita City using statistics. In addition, a questionnaire was sent to Akita University students to answer questions about how women work and how to balance work and family. As a result, it became clear that companies in Akita City have a working environment for women. However, the percentage of female managers was low. It is important to have an environment and personnel system that can fully understand women's abilities and motivation. Based on the results of a questionnaire survey of Akita University students, the employment support system for women was an important item in determining work.
