Patients received 12 weeks of treatment with 400 mg of SOF daily plus weight-based RBV (600-1,000 mg daily).\nResults : A total of 170 patients were enrolled in this study, and 167 patients were followed for 12 weeks after its completion. Among our patients, 28.2% (48/170) had liver cirrhosis (LC). Overall, 159 patients achieved a sustained virologic response for 12 weeks (SVR12), while 8 showed virologic failure. There were no significant differences in the rates of SVR12 between the chronic hepatitis (CH) and LC patients.
