Recently, regional cooperation is an important matter for the regional municipals because of the budget constraint of the Japanese government. In this study, a method to make a regional cooperation was considered based on the integration of the public facilities. Library, public hall and emergency hospital were chosen as the public facilities to evaluate the regional cooperation. From the result of accessibility analysis, it is found the area that covers I hours trip has largest utility among the areas that was shown by the prefecture. |
