Based on a participant observation on one of the checkpoints with Nablus, we argue that verbal and non-verbal behavior among Israeli soldiers, Palestinians, and Israeli women's volunteer group, called Machsom Watch, symbolizes the asymmetrical relationship between Israel and Palestine.
