We performed surgical excision of each metastatic lesion. Thymic basaloid carcinoma is an extremely rare subtype of thymic carcinoma and has been considered to be a low-grade malignant tumor. However, recurrences are occasionally seen, and it suggests a more aggressive nature of this tumor. In our case, no new lesion has so far been recognized for two-and-a-half years after the surgery, suggesting the beneficial significance of surgical excision of metastatic lesion although no treatment for recurrence has been established, and although there have been only a few reports regarding the surgery for metastatic lesions.}, pages = {57--63}, title = {術後3年目に転移をきたした胸腺類基底細胞癌の1例}, volume = {46}, year = {2019} }
