The purpose of this study is to clarify the structure of \"sugaku daiitirui\" questions and the sequence of activities, focusing on the fact that the students create mathematics in learning differential and integral. For that purpose, I analyze the questions of \"division quadrature\", \"sequence\", \"limit\", \"geometric progression\", and \"infinite decimal\", which are the processes leading to differential integration in itirui. I considered the process in which the students supposed from this line are considered to be \"mathematization\", and from the consideration, we considered the value of the \"sugaku daiitirui\" as the process of \"mathematization\" by students. As a result, they clarified the mathematical activities that were supposed to have been assumed there, and it became clear that the composition was considered to be where \"mathematization\" would occur. Also, it was found that the teaching materials were arranged with the intention of understanding the meaning by numerical calculation by introducing from the graphical expression.
