In social education administration, the necessity of "Networking type administration" has been pointed out, and cooperation with companies and organizations has been promoted. In Akita prefecture, consciousness about collaboration is increasing both in administration and companies. Specific examples of efforts are also increasing. However, at the present time both the administration and companies are in short supply of mutual information and are seeking a form of collaboration. It is required to deepen mutual understanding. In the future, it is required to promote restructuring of social education administration by "Networking type administration" through information gathering, network construction and trusting relationship of various stakeholders in the area. And it is necessary to develop human resources who are responsible for connecting stakeholders. In this paper, we tried classification of collaboration forms.
