And programming education is made compulsory at elementary schools and junior high schools. These schools need to be dealt with these demand but ICT environment is not maintained enough and many schools do not approach programming education at all.\nIn this paper, for the situation such as the said above, we considered the following two points: ⑴ By finding out the points of comparison using comparison analysis of lessons using ICT in Happo junior high school where lessons using ICT are pushed forward and that in Akita University's affiliated elementary school, we highlighted important consideration for lessons using ICT. ⑵ We checked the effectiveness by practice studies of programming education in affiliated elementary school.\nIn consequence of ⑴ , from a viewpoint of learning process, it comes into focus that application of media of Happo Junior high school and that of affiliated school are similar.
