The results suggest that while coordination with local schools is relatively smooth at the time of initial hospitalization, the level of coordination during hospitalization varies by school. 内容記述 本研究は,入院児が在籍する院内学級と前籍校との連携の在り方について検討するため,担当教員1 名を対象にインタビュー調査を実施した.調査の結果,入院時には前籍校との連携が比較的スムーズに行われていたものの,入院中の連携においては学校による格差が生じていた状況が示唆された.また,退院後にフォローを要するケースも多かった.これらの結果から,前籍校に対する特別支援学校の役割として,一貫した支援体制の充実,前籍校の入院児支援に関する意識の醸成,学校間連携充実のための新たなネットワーク構築の必要性を提起した.
In order to consider the current state of coordination between schools that are set up within hospitals and the local schools where patients had been previously enrolled, we conducted an interview survey of one teacher.
