| 内容記述 | 近年，特別支援学校高等部の在籍生徒数が増加し，軽度知的障害がある生徒に対する生徒指導の在り方が重要な課題となっている．そこで本研究では，知的障害特別支援学校高等部専門学科における生徒指導を取り巻く現状について質問紙調査を実施した．その結果，多くの専門学科において，軽度知的障害がある生徒の在籍率が非常に高い実態が明らかとなった．また，多くの学校がこれまでの特別支援学校にみられなかった生徒指導上の問題に直面していることが示唆された． これらの現状から，生徒の実態に応じた教育課程の編成の必要性，また，教職員間で共通理解を図り，組織的な対応を図るための研修の充実，生徒や家庭の実態に応じ，外部専門家の活用も含めた包括的支援や，福祉機関，警察，高等学校などの関係機関との連携などが求められた．特に高等学校がもつ知見とノウハウの共有による，これまでの特別支援学校の枠組みにとらわれない生徒指導体制の充実が望まれた． In recent years, the number of students enrolled in senior high school sections of special needs schools has increased, so student guidance for students with mild intellectual disabilities has become an important issue. In this study, we conducted a questionnaire survey on the current situation of student guidance in specialist departments of senior high schools for students with intellectual disabilities. Our results showed that in many specialist departments, there is an extremely high enrollment rate of students with mild intellectual disabilities. The results also suggested that they face the problem of student guidance not seen in the special support schools so far. In this situation, there is a need to structure the curriculum depending on the students' actual conditions. Common understanding among teaching staff, enhanced training for the organizational system, comprehensive support including external expert advice according to the actual situations of students and their families, and cooperation with related organizations including welfare institutions, the police, and high schools are required. In particular, there is a desire to share knowledge and expertise possessed by senior high schools in order to create a student guidance system that is not limited to the existing framework of special needs schools. |
