秋田県では平成13年度に新生児聴覚検査事業を開始し，今年度で16年目となった．本校は精密検査後の療育拠点機関の1 つとして乳幼児教育相談を行ってきている．聴覚に障害のある子どもの心身の発達及び聴覚言語発達の支援において，母子の愛着関係を基盤とした親子のコミュニケーションが重要であり，これまで母親とのかかわりを中心とした支援を進めてきた．しかし，近年の養育環境の変化を踏まえ，母親のみにコミュニケーションパートナーの役割を求める支援のあり方が難しくなってきた．こうした実情に合わせ，家族や保育園等の担当者と連携した新たな早期支援プログラムを試行してきた．本研究では，本校乳幼児教育相談の最近の現状を把握するために相談児の実態調査を行うとともに，母親を含めた家族，保育園等の担当者と連携することによって子どものコミュニケーションパートナーの拡大を目指して実施した早期支援プログラムについて報告した．
Parent-child communication based on motherchild attachment has been considered important in hearing-impaired infants. In early childhood educational counseling at special needs schools for hearing-impaired children, interventions have been provided based on the mother-child relationship. However, due to changes in the childrearing environment, it has become difficult to provide support that relies on only mothers as communication partners for hearing-impaired infants. Therefore, the current situation and trends in early childhood education counseling at one school were investigated in the study. Based on the results, an early intervention program is proposed that involves other family members and caregivers who look after children at nursery schools and other institutions. |
