Through research activities,students clean the surface of the copper pieces using familiar aqueous solution. And they observed the deposition of copper metal from an aqueous solution containing copper ions by taking advantage of the concept of ionization tendency. And can’t be explained in existing concept event is presented, students of dialogue becomes active, it was effective in the acquisition of the concept. The author analyzed of the students worksheet and protocol. For finding results that author revealed that students more understand the chemical change or ions. A subject of reference is difference of understanding of ions in the first grade students and the second grade students.
