The pretraining surveys found that problems perceived by teachers vary widely from teacher to teacher and depending on the type of school. The post-training surveys revealed that participants’ understanding and skills improved in the following four aspects:（1）singing ability,（2）singing teaching methods,（3）enthusiasm for teaching singing, and（4）mental support for students in singing lessons.
