@article{oai:air.repo.nii.ac.jp:00003077, author = {須藤, 貴子 and 石井, 範子 and SUTO, Takako and ISHII, Noriko}, issue = {2}, journal = {秋田大学大学院医学系研究科保健学専攻紀要, Bulletin of Graduate School of Health Sciences Akita University}, month = {Oct}, note = {副看護師長のワーク・エンゲイジメント(Work Engagement 以下,WE)の特徴,および自己効力感・看護実践環境との関係を明らかにすることを目的に,全国の300床以上の123施設の看護師6名ずつ合計738名を対象として,郵送法による質問紙調査を実施した.調査内容は,対象者の属性・WE・自己効力感・看護実践環境である.347名の回答中,有効回答334名を分析対象とした.そのうち,副看護師長が201名(60.2%),スタッフが133名(39.8%)であった. 副看護師長のWE は,「活力」「熱意」「没頭」のすべての下位尺度において,スタッフよりも有意に高得点であり,WE を従属変数とした重回帰分析の結果では,属性の「年齢」「健康状態」,就業施設の特性の「看護師長から信頼されていると感じる」,自己効力感の「行動の積極性」と正の相関があった.副看護師長のWE は,看護実践環境のいずれの項目とも関係がなかった. 副看護師長のWE を高める要因は,個人資源である自己効力感が大きく影響していることが明らかになった.また,看護師長が,副看護師長の業績を肯定的に評価し承認する行為が,副看護師長のWE を高める要因に大きく影響していることが示唆された., In order to identify the characteristics of work engagement( WE) of the deputy head nurses, and its relationship with self-efficacy and the nursing work environment, mail survey was conducted on 738 nurses, 6 each from 123 medical facilities with 300 or more beds across the country. The survey covered the attributes of the subjects, the WE, their self-efficacy and the nursing work environment. Of the 347 respondents, 334 valid responses were received, with 201( 60.2%) deputy head nurses and 133( 39.8%) nursing staffers.   WE levels of the deputy head nurses were significantly higher than those of nursing staffers in all of the subscales on "vigor," "dedication" and "absorption." In the multiple linear regression analysis in which WE has been used as dependent variable showed positive correlation with the attributes "age" and "state of health," the work facility attribute of "feeling of being trusted by the head nurse" and "positive behavior" that reflects self-efficacy. Relationship was not found between the WE level of the deputy head nurses and any of items that represent the nursing work environment.   The findings showed that the major factor in boosting the WE level of the deputy head nurse is self-efficacy, which is a personal resource.
