Therefore, it is our task to develop a method\nto teach splendor of technology to students with\nsimulated experience of operating the power\ndistribution system.\n　We have developed an application of tablet\ntype computer to learn the intellectual process\nof the smart grid allocate electricity optimally by\napplication of ICT.
