As a result of\nthe Great East Japan Earthquake that occurred in\nMarch 2011, Akita Prefecture has accepted a large\nnumber of transfer students from the disaster\nareas. Along with this, Sudden “psychologism”\nhas progressed. A discourse that transfer\nstudents have“ psychological trauma” was spread,\nemergency school counselor is introduced into the\nschool, and counseling for the transfer students\nand consultation for the teachers were carried\nout. As one of the emergency school counselor, I\ndecided to center activities counseling for teachers.\nIn carrying out the consultation, I did not adopt\nthe “psychological trauma” discourse, took the\nrole of the interviewer that clarified the activities\nand ideas that teachers have made at the time\nof transfer student acceptance.
