It was carried out a questionnaire survey to teachers of special support schools for physically handicapped in the Tohoku region. As a result, there was a difference in the use of tablet devices by the degree of handicapped. In the use of scene, learning and communication, cooperation with parents, such as cooperation between teachers, tablet devices had been used in various situations.   On the other hand, frequency of use was not so high.
