[対象及び方法] 健常学生18名を対象とした, 対象者の\n体幹に三軸加速度計を装着した状態で四種類の歩行(快適歩行速度重錘無(SS), 快適歩行速度重錘有(LSS), 低\n速歩行速度重錘無(S), 低速歩行速度重錘有(LS)) を行った. 四種類の歩行条件下で, LI をそれぞれ比較した.\n[結果] 快適歩行速度・低速歩行速度ともに, 重錘有の場合が重錘無の場合よりもLI は有意に高くなった. さらに,\nSS・LS では, SS の方がLI は有意に高かった. [結語] リサージュ図形は, 体幹部加速度を視覚的に表すことがで\nきる. リサージュ指数は, 体幹部加速度の前額面上における対称性を表せる可能性が示唆された.","subitem_description_type":"Other"},{"subitem_description":"(Purpose) The purpose of this study was to evaluate the usefulness of Lissajous waveform and Lissajous\nindex (LI) as a new gait symmetry index using a tri-axial accelerometer under four different walking\nconditions. (Subjects & Methods) A tri-axial accelerometer was attached in the trunk of 18 healthy young\nsubjects while walking at four different conditions (self-selected speed [SS], self-selected speed with the\nright leg loaded, slow speed, and slow-selected speed with the right leg loaded). The subjects LI values\nwere measured and evaluated at four different walking conditions. (Result) The LI values were\nsignificantly higher in the subjects who were walking with a leg loaded than in those waling without a\nleg loaded at both the self-selected and slow speeds. The LI values of the subjects at the self-selected speed\nwere higher than those at the slow-selected speed with the right leg loaded.
