The school counseling was classified into the intervention to a school and individual educational counseling. "Advice about the change of the school life structure" for the purpose of the change of time structure and the classroom structure", "advice about the student guidance system of the zero tolerance" for the purpose of controlling the psychological distance between a teacher-student relationship and "introducing of the WOWW approach" for the purpose of applying the viewpoint of the teacher to the healthy communication between students based on the concept of "the exception" were carried out. As a result, it was indicated that a change of the psychological distance and a change of communication between teacher and student. In 4 educational counseling cases performed in parallel, a change of expressive style of problem behavior by the student and a change of instruction method by the teacher were observed with progress of the intervention to a school.
