In this paper, a questionnaire survey was conducted on the guardians of children with health impairments, in the effort to improve support. Based on the results, the importance of "system development for learning support," "promotion of ICT application," "close cooperation with medical institutions," "improvement in facilities and equipment" and "school management toward inclusive education" were proposed.
