They sometimes have unfounded and negative perception about teachers and schools. The purpose of this article is to examine their characteristics and care for them with reviewing three cases the author experienced. The management function of school counseling for parents was discussed from some view points;backgrounds of parents' generation,the gap they felt between elementary school and junior high school,relation between negative speculation and lack of communication and the assessment of support model for them. It's important for school counselors to assess the route to consultation and the parents-teacher relationship for parents who avoid teachers while having demands for an environmental coordination in the school.
