本研究では、既知集団に対して構成的グループエンカウンター(SGE)を実施し、SGEがメンバー個人の心理的変数と集団の構造に与える影響を検討した。SGE前後において、メンバーに対する熟知度と自己統制尺度(中田、20000)への回答を求めた。熟知度に関するデータはソシオプロフィール法を用いて分析し、数量的な分析に加えて、集団構造を視覚的に捉えることを試みた。SGE実施後、自己統制尺度の下位尺度のうち、自己開示得点、独自性得点、自己主張得点、許容性得点が有意に上昇した。また、メンバー間の対人距離も有意に縮まった。さらに、集団構造の変化を検討するために、個人の心理的変数とその変化を要因とする分析をおこなった。その結果、独自性と自己開示の側面においてそれらと集団構造に有意な関係が認められた。すなわち、独自性得点が上昇した参加者は中心的なメンバーになり、集団内に自分のポジションを得、自己開示得点が低下した参加者の集団内布置は遠心的に推移したことを見出した。本研究の結果から、SGEは既知集団の集団構造やメンバーの心理的特性に対して開発的・改善的に作用することが示された。一方で、既知集団に対するSGEならではの難しさや考慮しなければならない点も示唆された。 |

The purpose of this study was to investigate how Structured Group Encounter (SGE) affect individuals' psychological change and group structure of familiar group.Forty-four nursing school students participated in the study.All participants had SGE session.Self-regulation scales and rete familiarity about each class of member were assessed at before SGE session and after SGE session.The familiarity data were analyzed using the Socioprofile method.One of the Socioprofile-indexs was the group-profile,which was created multidimensional scaling (MDS) plots from interpersonal distance data in order to visualize of the group structure in class-member.At after SEG session,subscales score of the self-regulation scale such as self-disclosure,uniquenness,assertiveness and permissiveness were increased significanly.Also,the interpersonal distances among each member signficantly decreased.Additional analyses showed that significant associations between individuals' psychological change and their group structure.According to the group-profile ,participants who rose uniqueness scores made independent member and positioned as core members of the class.On the other hand,participants who decreased the self-disclosure scores fell away from class member.In conclusion,the result revealed that SGE was useful in developing and improving the group structure among familiar group and induviduals' psychological variables.It is,hewever,discuseed difficulties and consideration points on SGE for familiar group. |
