高学歴化が進むわが国において、高校教育の充実が重要な課題の一つになっている。多様な生徒の学びを支援し、かつ総体的に質を保証するためには、教育活動を担う教師の役割が非常に大きく、高校教師の力量形成と研修のあり方が模索されている。本研究では、高校教師の力量形成や求められる研修体制について基礎的な知見を得ることを目的として、秋田県における高校の教育課程や進路等の状況を分析した。また、現職教師と退職校長を対象として面接調査を行った。その結果、昨今の再編整備によって学科やコースが非常に複雑化していること、高校卒業後の進路が学校間あるいは学校内において大きく異なることを示すとともに、力量形成や研修に対する高校教師の基盤となる意識を明らかにした。 |

According to the gradual higher education of Japanese people, the problem in Japan is to enhance the high school education. It is necessary to encourage varieties of student learning and insure whole quality of education. There is a big role on the teachers to enhance the education in the country. Therefore, efficient teacher's training seminar is now examined. The objective of this study is to clarify the high school teacher's consciousness on the teacher's training seminar. Therefore, we analyzed the high school curriculum and the student's career in Akita prefecture. It was also done by interviewing to the school teachers and retired principal. The main results are as followed. First of all, majors and the courses in high schools have become complicated due to the high school reorganization in few years ago. Second, it clarified the student's career will depend on which high schools they graduated. Third, it investigated the basic consciousness toward teacher's training seminars for high school teachers. |
