Two years eight months passed from the Great East Japanese earthquake and Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant disaster. But in Akita, there is still as 800 evacuating people from Fukushima. The damage caused by the earthquake disaster and the nuclear accident is still far from solution. In such situation this paper reports the present conditions of people who evacuates from Fukushima to Akita. What this paper wants to focus on is the people who chose the life with young children as an evacuee out of Fukushima in order to avoid the influence of the radioactive substance. So in particular this paper takes up an interview survey of a mother and child evacuating household and reports the actual situation of so-called “voluntary evacuees”. |
