内容記述 | The approach to support for high school students with developmental disorders became an issue in recent years, prompting the call to promote special support education. In order to study the approach to support recommended for such students, an open-ended questionnaire survey was conducted on supporters in external organizations. When the responses were sorted with the KJ method, they were classified into three categories, namely, “how to interact with students with developmental disorders,” “reinforcement of support functions” and “betterment and improvement of guidance and evaluation.” The findings show that the four key factors were (1) schoolteacher attitude and stance that wins the trust of the students and their guardians; (2) well-balanced self-understanding; (3) transition from “support organization development” to “support function reinforcement,” and (4) improvement in approach for guidance and evaluation. At the same time, the development of special support education adapted to the school culture of each high school was recommended. | |||||||||
