| 内容記述 | F.H. Brown which visited Japan in 1913 instructed Volleyball in earnest in Chinese YMCA of Tokyo, Kanda. He tried for the instruction such as Volleyball, Basketball, Track and Field in Kobe Commercial College (existing Kobe University) while going around YMCA of Kobe, Osaka and Kyoto from the next year in addition. Far Eastern Championship Games (the first: Orient Olympic) was begun in 1913 with carnival centrally Manila YMCA. And the Volleyball competition will participate when it is natural that the third Games is held in Tokyo. It was the first international Games, but a team was made led by a person concerned with lower YMCA of the instruction of F.H. Brown and participated but, without Association of Volleyball, was over for a crushing defeat. Volleyball aimed at the first ever victory in the only international Games. It was to revise "Far Eastern rule" in "a Japanese style rule". Specifically, it suggests the number of people, the reduction of the coat, a Japanese method including the side-out system abolition by Nine System adoption. The result to go to the satisfaction did not appear and other competitions were based on an international rule (Olympic event serious consideration). Far Eastern Games was called off with the Tenth and then Volleyball was established "a standard volleyball competition rule" and established Nine System Volleyball in Japan. | |||||||||
